Hahahaha, for some reason you chasing the little blockhead and trying to beat it to death with a cane sets off my "cute" sensors.

Silly Mach! He doesn't need to keep them anywhere! He can just create them out of nothing... or feathers!

Does Quazlor ALWAYS say "Foolish mortal!" when he makes an entrance?  'Cause, y'know, sometimes it just doesn't make sense.

I think "FOOLISH MORTAL" is the way Quazlor addresses any mortal person in general. He believes all mortals are foolish, so you don't necessarily have to be doing anything foolish at the time. "FOOLISH MORTAL! Do you have the time? I think my radio clock is fast."
As far as his powers go he did indeed conjure the grilled cheese and milk... I think. Me may have yoinked them from another dimension, as he seems to have a pretty good handle on dimensions. It's kinda interesting cuz I'm not sure the extent of his demonic powers... we're sort of discovering them as we go. I suspect he has many more annoying abilities.

And the Great Gatsby... I mean, I realize that it's a well-written book, and if you're into word-art, then I could totally see how you would like it. But if you're about story, well... not a lot happens in 174 pages. Unless, (SPOILERS) you count a wimpy yet somehow good-looking and wealthy guy pursuing a wimpy child-woman who is already married, only to lose her when she backs down from the brilliant idea of running off with him (surprise surprise!), and then he is sad and then dies and nobody really cares to be something happening. Which I really don't... I can't think of a character in that book who didn't irritate me with their pathetically idiotic behavior.
I dunno, I think if I was stuck in the Dimension of Feathers, I'd prefer some Heinlein or something. After all, if I was in a place where nothing happens, why would I want to read a book where nothing happens? Seems redundant.

I read The Great Gatsby in middleschool, and for the life of me, the only part I can remember is the discription of the car accident.  How the lady's breast was torn off.  Just that image.

Ethan Frome is the worst book ever written, the only high school reading I ever enjoyed was The Great Gatsby and Shakespeare.

I'm sure there are many more who agree with this TGU, that's why I write these comics, to give them the courage to come forward. Smile

Anywho, another comic up just now... it's a Quazlor kind of week here. By the way everybody, on Saturday I'm going to China for three weeks.

Sounds good! Make sure you have a good time and don't fall in the Yangtze and drown. Y'hear?

Sounds good, but please, please tell me that you aren't skipping Xi'an and the Terracotta Army! There are other landmarks that would be on my list of things one must see on one's first trip to China, like Guilin and the extraordinarily beautiful landscape around that city, but missing the Terracotta Army would border on the criminal.
