Well, I'm done with the Yangtze and didn't drown! So that's one hurdle... hurdled. Or something.

And it turns out we DID see the terracotta army in Xi'an today. Guess I don't read those itineraries very carefully.

Getting back to the comic, I estimate that Quazlor will probably say "FOOLISH MORTAL" less and less as he develops as a character, until finally he doesn't say it at all, except on t-shirts. Kind of like Bart Simpson saying "Eat my shorts!" Does anyone else remember that? Also I'm not exactly sure what that thing coming out of Quazlor's head/skull is... I think it's a hat, as opposed to a shark-fin. I wonder if those horns are part of Quazlor's skull or part of the hat? He's so mysterious...

Her Impishness Mrs Choc

I met a vampire slug once. I saved it from drowning and it showed it's gratitude by trying to eat me! Sad

Yes, there were indeed three waldos at the con, my group ran into them at the very end. That comic is pretty much exactly the way it happened, minus the tackle. Smile

I should get those pictures back from my buddy Ari...

Not your monkey.

Back in Hellhound On My Trail, the fellows decided the best way to speed up the interrogation would be to tar and feather the subject.  Lacking feathers, Krieg, as The Enigma, made the dubious decision to bend reality, using a pwoer of INCREDIBLE strength that could also easily kill him even if he succeeded, to create a chicken in the trunk of his character's car.  It was promptly executed and plucked before Krieg even realized what he did.

Krieg: MAGIC CHICKEN
DarkNaginata: I snapped its neck
DarkNaginata: maybe it'll come back to life... it's MAGIC
Krieg: I wanted to find out its powers...
Krieg: It'd be our strongest ally.
DarkNaginata: too late. I killed it.
DarkNaginata: Don't want any competition
