You know what that song's really about, right?

I think the last five years just lapped themselves.

It's a joke. Laugh.

I think I'm a lot more depressed than I originally thought.  I'm still getting better every day, but I'm not better.  Not by a long shot.

Rumours and speculation. Of enormous possible significance.

It appears that scientists from the Mars Phoenix team have been briefing Bush on something they've discovered. Something 'more provocative' than the discovery of water.

Guesses, anybody? What could you find on Mars that's so damn huge that you tell the President first?

I don't know but I've fired up the David Bowie mp3.

Yeah, I read that earlier today too.

"Big damn heroes, sir!"

I figure they're letting him know that Marvin the Martian doesn't really exist.

City Hall in Downtown Boston looks almost straight out of Mass Effect: the main building on Noveria.

Seriously.

The dust kicked up by the lawnmower near the maple tree in my parents' front yard smelled like cotton candy.

Odd.

I went to a meeting for the leadership of my local church group, and we talked about what we can do to recognize and prevent child abuse.  I had previously thought that my parent's treatment of me and my siblings might possibly maybe be considered abuse.  But I typically decided that I was just oversensitive, I mean everyone's parents scream at them, and treats them like dirt.  But when I barely kept myself from bursting into tears because of the discussion, I decided that maybe, maybe they were wrong, and maybe something should have been done about it, and maybe it's okay to be angry, and maybe that explains some of my problems, and maybe it's not my fault, and maybe, I don't have to worship their God anymore.

It feels kind of nice to say it, but it doesn't really feel like it changes anything.

It's funny how the right decision can be so hard to make, and so hard to follow through with, but it feels so right.

Having previously been in a serious relationship for seven years... I'm at a loss for what I should (?) be doing at the beginning of a new one. Ya know, other than enjoy myself.

This is very odd.

I think I oughta ease up on my reading of feminist / anti-feminist blogs.
They make Bunner a sad, angry, and confused panda.  Sad
