Oh thank god. If things go smoothly, I'll start work an hour later.
Crawling out of bed at 5:45 to get there for 6:30 was just f*cking intolerable. Getting up at 6:30, to get there for 7:30.... So much better. Furthermore, if things go even smoothlier, I'll be working a standard Mon-Fri, rather than this bizzarre rotating Tues-Sat, Sun-Thurs wackiness.

I love the art gallery and their exibit on comics and anime.

Happy thought: Life rocks!!! I love being able to sit with a microscope for a few hours and then go get some exercise in my ballet class!

Aer's parents are both really cool people, actually.  That has not much to do with anything, but there it is.

My happy thoughts?  I'll soon be employed enough to pay the bills, even though it means giving up something I love as much as breathing.  My new job (Aer's old job, actually) and my class both start Monday.  Oh, and I just got friended by our local MP on Facebook.  I lead such an exciting life...

I just single-handedly waxed an entire fucking squad of PAC.

Wake Island 2142: I am on a shitty team, on a shitty squad. We wind up spending most of the round defending the core, which is really the only job we seem to do well. Enough people leave that I wind up the squad leader. During a lull in the action, I lead my men topside. I pod up to the top of the Titan and notice some sneaky little fuck getting in one of our vents. I put two combi-gun rounds in him, and he somehow both survives that, and fails to turn around. I drop into the vent and the moron's got his face in the cargo bay instead of at me. Blammed. I drop into the cargo bay, and one of his buddies is just... standing there on the ramp. One shot.  Another guy outside the core entrance, babysitting a pair of sentry turrets. The turrets are firing into the core, so blam again, then both of the sentries. I'm out of combi-gun ammo, so the two guys actually in the core I just dump a mag into. At this point, my squad shows up from the other side of the door where they were pinned downed by the fuckholes in question. Some more come in from the cargo bay, I whack one more before they get me.

First wholly on-foot Combat Efficiency + 1. I am a sex god.

We just took out the first boss in ZA on our first try! I HELPED ORGANIZE THIS RAID AND WE ARE KICKING IT'S ASS!

3 year anniversary today!

It makes me feel warm fuzzies inside when people I'm a fan of on YouTube comment on my videos with phrases like "I love your videos so much" and use words like "epic" and "favorite". It's starting to happen more, to boot.

I'm a complete nerd for being so happy about something like this, but I'm a proud Nerdfighter, so it's a good thing.

Tonight, we hit level 20, took down a colossal red dragon and his mate, destroyed the Iron Lord, and saved the entire fuckin' world.

Now I have to prepare for a new campaign.

It's been months now and I STILL love my flat. I just love being here. I'm not sure why- whenever Ive visited home there hasn't been this same... feelgood feeling that I get from living here. Occasionally I just peer around and sort of beam munificently at my living room. It's kind of pathetic, but it's nice.

I feel pretty and confident this morning. My haircut is super-cute, and this skirt is satiny and nice to touch. My desk is nice, I'm mostly awake, and I do email support today. I successfully raided Zul'Aman (successful for a first run with all but one person having never tried it before) and I gained many levels this weekend. I have lots to look forward to, and the sunrise was amazing to watch out the windows beyond my computer.

For a Monday? Today is not half bad. Calm, confident, conscious.
