Slack.

So I read the books of the Dark Tower series.  I was initially very intrigued and impressed, though this kind of faded with later books.  There's just something so freakin' bad-ass about Roland.

Anyways, it's coming out in comic form now.  I was wondering if anyone here has heard anything about it and what they think about it.  I don't really have the time to look for it myself, but if someone here could give a review that would be great.

Judging by those, the art is freakin' gorgeous.

Ah, the life of a bookwench.

I'm going to have to get my fill on scans_daily as well, at least until they put out paperback collections of the comics.  The bookstore where I work isn't able to get the smaller editions, unfortunately, and the prospect of adding that particular chase into my weekly/monthly routine isn't worth the trouble.  I do plan on getting the bound versions, though, as it does look utterly fantastic and I Heart Dark Tower.  Aww
