Crystal's Creations
« on: October 01, 2011, 08:08:47 PM »
So I finally decided it was time to start a thread for my stuff in here.  Starting with a painting I finished today:

A friend disappointed me a short while ago. She e-mailed a message with the subject line 'Trap Neuter Return' and the message had nothing to do with the Duggar family. *sad* -Hippie

Wow, that's gorgeous!

Oh, wow! That is really fantastic! Before I'd really finished parsing it, I had a brief flash of wondering if this was going to be a photography thread, lol.

I like how the one petal on the right is potentially bug-eaten or "imperfect".

It really jives with the reality of flowers.

Your intention may also have been to have it bent backwards like some of the others, but I like thinking of it that way.

Amazing picture!

Thanks, everyone.  I'll get a photo of the scarf I just made up here soon.  Well, both scarves if I can get the guy I made the second one for to hold still whilst wearing it...
A friend disappointed me a short while ago. She e-mailed a message with the subject line 'Trap Neuter Return' and the message had nothing to do with the Duggar family. *sad* -Hippie

I made a scarf out of recycled Sari silk yarn!
