There should be a few tutorials on the website.  That's how I got started with it.

I can't do tutorials and instruction manuals. All they ever say is, "Blah blah blah you're a fuckass and I just banged your mom." I'm a learn-by-doing person who gets really, really frustrated when I can't just jump in and experiment.
