Medical (medication) advice needed

Hey guys,
So I take Celexa and Adderall XR, both 20mg. I usually take them at opposite ends of the day--the adderall in the morning and the celexa in the evening before I go to bed. I have a lot of trouble remembering to take the celexa, though. I used to take Lexapro and had the same problem, and so when I started the adderall I began to take the lexapro in the morning along with it to make it part of that routine. It made me feel awful--shaky, dizzy, cold sweat all over, throwing up--EVERY SINGLE TIME. At first I thought it was the adderall since that was the new addition, but then I realized that if I took it on its own it was fine. That, along with the cost of Lexapro, is what caused me to switch to celexa (which has a generic).
But apparently celexa does the same thing. Even worse. I took them together this morning in another attempt to combine my med routine, and went off to school, and within half an hour I was packing up my stuff and heading two floors down to the bathroom because I was sure I was going to throw up. I felt very frightened on the stairs--I was INCREDIBLY dizzy and felt like I was going to fall. I felt out of it like you do when you're falling asleep. My eyes wouldn't focus. I got to the bathroom and sat down with my head resting against the side of the stall and just closed my eyes and stayed there until I felt better. I was just shaking and sweating all over. I haven't been sick yet but I still feel like it's very possible.I felt okay to go to class after 5 or 10 minutes, but I had to leave and come downstairs again 20 mins later when another wave of it hit. It got bad again towards the end of class, and I'm jiust getting over that one now. It's kind of scary. I feel REALLY bad and I don't know when it will end or what's going on. I want to go home and go to bed but I don't feel like I can move right now.
Does anyone have any ideas, insight, advice, explanations?
Sorry if this is rambling--still dizzy can't get my head together. :/

Maybe setting a daily alarm for the medication you don't remember? Also, I found that putting the bottle next to a thing I used at a certain point in the day helped. So, something I took in the morning was by my toothbrush, something I took at night was by my alarm clock... or on top of my computer, or by the fish food, or... whatever, really. Whatever I needed to do to remind myself, even if it meant there was a pill bottle next to the sugar bowl.

First, if you are still feeling that crummy or even if not I'd check that one past my doctor if I were you. That sounds like a pretty heavy drug reaction. I checked Drugs.com, and taking those two meds together can cause strong reactions, and is not a good idea (I'll let you look up particulars - pressed for time here). It seems like you may want to consider whether you can take both, or need to switch out the celexa again.
Other than that, for maintaining a med schedule, "there's an app for that". Since my phone is seldom more than an arm's reach away, I'd put alarms in the phone. I know there are even programs to help you do that.
