My name is Patrick Tsao and I am an animator, graphic designer, and freelancer for hire.

Rates vary by project, depending on how complicated the project is, but average rate for still images is between $20-150, and between $100-400 for motion and animated graphics. 
I am located in North Hollywood, California, and will be here until late August.  All other times until next May, I'm in Syracuse, New York.
