So, there is gonna be a jewelry sale here at school next month that I'm gonna be making some stuff for. Would you like me to post some stuff here, in case any of you want some sweetass metal jewelry. Also, if you have an idea of something you would like (preferably simple, I'm just starting. You'll get an idea from what I post) you can tell me or sketch me something and I can see what I can come up with. Right now, I'm pretty much working with copper and brass.

I would expect a bit of payment, but it really depends on how much metal is used and how much time is spent on the piece. After I get some made, I can post them here with the prices.

I'm pretty sure I could something like that. Would it be ok to just do the charm? I'm not sure what kind of chain you'd want, or how long you'd want.

Do you know what kind of "J" you want? Like cursive, a very obvious "J", kind of stylized....to look like it might be a "J" but it might be something else?

Argh, I should have bookmarked that site yesterday... it had these really nice metal torc/collars. Not like a sexy collar, more like one that lay flat on the neck in a pleasing fashion. Some of them had leafy patterns or whatever.

Ok, I made a bracelet as practice before I attempt the necklace. Here are some kind of shitty pictures. It's pretty much one size fits all, because it can take small amounts of bending. Is this kind of what you are looking for, Zhannie? I could almost certainly handle the necklace, but I'd have to be sure you wanted it, cause I  would have to go buy some more metal.
(I could put slightly more or less bends, or in different directions or do other things if you have something more specific in mind. I also have brass that I could add on. This is made from copper.)

This bracelet is about 1/3 of an inch wide at it's widest. My wrist is about 6.5 inches or so and it fits me fine with room to spare. It can be wider or less wide. It's a nice chocolate brown color and has a fine sheen. If someone wants to purchase this, I'll charge $10 plus shipping (which should only be a couple dollars, but depends where you live.)

I could make something  that it wider across if anyone would like, but it would cost slightly more (because of the metal involved).

I would say between 25 and 30. It depends on how much copper I use, but definitely not more than that.

Yes, ma'am. I cut out your J today. I hope you don't mind that I got started already. I had lots of extra time. Also, do you want me to find a bead to go with it or do you want to find one yourself? I'm not sure what you'd like, but whatever. I'd say the charm'll be about 7.50 +shipping and if you want me to get a bead, whatever the cost of that is.

So, I tried doing the necklace a few different ways, but it didn't work out. I think after I get another semester in and work a bit more, I should be able to handle it, but apparently not yet.
