Not the boss anymore.
I'm looking for a Palm OS handheld. Don't care about model, provided it's got the following:

  • At least 8MB of RAM
  • An SD card slot
  • A HotSync Cradle/Cable
  • Charging cable if it needs one

Examples that fit: m125, m130, m500, m505, m515, Zire 31/71/72/72s

It's a joke. Laugh.
As far as smartphones Bell Canada seems to offer the Treo 700wx, although it uses Fucking Windows Moblie, so you'd get very low battery life and a phone that freezes up randomly.  Personally, I'd rather get something like the Blackberry Perl 8130.  I love Blackberries.  Palm is moving everything to WinMobile, which is a horrible idea, IMO.  WinMobile is the worst platform out there.  *Never* get a WinMobile smartphone.

If you just want a cheapass Palm, you can try Overstock.  PDAs are dying extremely rapidly in favor of smartphones, though, so going used through eBay or similar is probably the best bet.

If Bell Canada is GSM, then you're set.  If not, I had kind of meant that it could be just used as a Palm without cell service.

I'll have to check on it again to see the quality, it's the one I stopped using, and I can't remember all the reasons that I did.  Somewhere between shipping+USD 20 and shipping+zilch depending?
