Which one? The Katy Perry one or the older one?

Ah.

Bass211: Run DMC vs Beastie Boys vs Cypress Hill vs Stevie Wonder

The cypress hill / stevie wonder backbeat mix alone is pure genius.

2000 Miles by The Pretenders.

I heard it while watching Crossing Jordan and had to download it.

HELL YES.

Edit to add: I'm convinced Emma Pollock (and whomever followed her from the original band to help with her solo album) was for certes the best part of The Delgados.

Currently: Emma Pollock - Adrenaline

Alasdair Fraser & Natalie Haas - Fire & Grace

I finally have this CD in my hands. :-) I'm not even half way through the first listen, but I'm already in love with it. Sure, not every set is a winner, but there are no bad pieces, some that will take some repeated listening to learn to love, and a whole damn lot of really gorgeous stuff showing what you can accomplish with nothing more than a violin, a cello, and a mountain of talent.
