Finished with Star Trek, moved on to Star Wars, and, I have to say, Episode I is even f*cking worse than I remember.
Geez. I mean, really why does every alien group need to speak with some accent, here?
Not only is not make any goddamn sense, the voices don't even remotely sound close to what you might expect from the entity they are issued from; for crying out loud, the CGI'd mouth movements don't even appear to line up. And as for the different accents they went with for some of the different races of aliens.... Ooooh, I'm sure you could write entire seminars on that.

I'm re-watching a NZ TV series called 'Outrageous fortune'. It's a brilliant comedy drama set in Auckland- watch it

Edit: it has Trudy from 'The Tribe' in it.

I like how she's just as much of a complete waste and as socially clueless as the rest of them, but at the same time, is really caring and has this really strong sense of justice and fairness, and kind of plays mum to the rest of the group sometimes. Or at least, she tries to, and then someone will make a smart remark and she'll get pissed and slap them and storm off.

She's also got this really earthy sensible streak, and sometimes that group needs someone to cut through the bullshit and sort out what needs doing and why. "Just be straight with us, yeah? Did she give you a nosh?"

The cockney accent helps. Cockney accents are awesome.

Cockney? She has a really thick Derby accent! (Midlands)

Yeah, she just tells it like it is (much to the amusement of everyone else)

I love this video where Simon is filming Kelly- she can hear people's thoughts and Simon can turn invisible.

Nathan grew on me after a while, but he kind of gets more airtime then I'd like, because he's always mouthing off even when he has nothing to say. I'll trust your judgement, you're much better at placing accents than I am

Heh, I like how these guys don't fuck around with their villains, they just straight up kill them and toss the body into concrete foundations or the Thames. Like the milk guy. They basically just show up to his house and straight up murder him before he can even DO anything. Badass.

Finally saw The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. Great movie. Not exactly family fare, though, unless, of course, you want your parent/kid sibling/child to watch Bork Neckbeardenson get tortured and blackmailed for shoving his greasy Swedish wiener where it doesn't belong.

I am on Season 2, Episode 19 right now. It's on Netflix and Hulu.
I loved this show as a kid. There is a lot more sex and mentions of God than I remember. As a kid, I somehow missed the fact that Al is a hornball.
