A nifty little invention, you click on the traits that you see in the person, and it compares that to their self-image.

Johari

Conversely, they made a more negative version of this with antonyms of the original Johari window -- this examines more of the person's faults and flaws.

Nohari

So, what do y'all think of me?

The ones on the Johari box aren't all necessarily positive, and the ones on the Nohari aren't all necessarily flaws.

For example, I think silly can be an insult, and childish can be fun.  Both simple and chaotic can be admirable traits.  Loud is neutral, and so is quiet.

I couldn't think of any bad things sometimes, so I said things that are true of the person, but in positive ways.

The way it restricts you to five things is a pain, as if you think a person has three Nohari things very strongly, you either have to not bother, or pick two other semi-random traits to be able to post it.
