I imagine it is based on resolution.  On my desktop computer this morning it looked like it might be pushing into the border a little (monkey's thread), but then here on my laptop at work it looked fine so I let it be.  The title of this thread hung over an inch or so into the normal forum stuff on my laptop so I imagine it would be super huge to the point of possible interference with reading threads on other computers.

I apologize if my first comment came across as overly snarky.  I just didn't want to change the title without giving you the option to do it first.

Yup.  Firefox 2.0.  What should wrap vs. what shouldn't and in which conditions is actually a pain, even in the standards, much less the actual implementations.  Some day in the far future maybe browsers will be even smarter than that, and soft-wrap on common word-breaks, but I'm not holding my breath.
