I'm about to go to the kitchen, fry off a heap of onions, shred the rest of last night's roast lamb into it, add some flour and cook it a bit, then add some water, the leftover roast veggies, some fresh veggies and some herbs and seasonings. Probably a bit of powdered chicken stock, too.

Not sure what it will be called, but I expect yumminess from it.

Sounds like a stew to me.
A friend disappointed me a short while ago. She e-mailed a message with the subject line 'Trap Neuter Return' and the message had nothing to do with the Duggar family. *sad* -Hippie

Baked potato OF THE GODS.

Seriously, wonderfully delicious. Rubbed with olive oil and kosher salt, baked for 65 minutes at 350°F... With lots of sour cream, cheddar, and (real!) bacon pieces.

I had a dream about this potato last week.

It was better than the dream.

Chicken cooked like fish. Not sure why, though. Not bad, but ... not something I'd recommend, given other options.

Bacon potato pie flavored with CSA basil and CSA garlic scapes, (CSA) cumcumber and (CSA) dill salad, and (CSA) sauteed swiss chard with lots of CSA garlic.

So, Attack of the CSA Dinner. :D

Oh hush. :P

It turned into a bacon-potato-radicchio-chard-basil frittata-like thing anyway, since we elected not to turn the oven on.

Cooking on a serious budget - made a vegan (ish - i threw some worchestershire sauce in, and I think that has an anchovy base to it) curry with sweet potatoes, carrots, onions and coconut milk. Loads of spices, though it isn't as spicy as I would like.

Pretty dang tasty though, for under $3.00 for the whole pot. I think there are at least 5 servings there.

Mexican!  Mom took my wife and I out to dinner, had some very tasty tacos, one shrimp and one salmon, along with chips, beans, and rice.  SO GOOD.
