I can do the Vulcan sign with both hands, I can arch my right eyebrow, working on getting the left one to do the same (it can, it's just mildly pathetic to see).  I can also waggle my ears.  Used to be only both at the same time, but again I trained myself into being able to waggle them individually as well.

I can not whistle.  My dad has been trying to teach me ever since I can remember, but I still can't do it.

I can pop my spine, hips, joints and vertebrae to become measurably 1 1/2-2 1/2 inches taller on demand.

I'm 6'5" NOW. This does not generally last very long but it does make getting things from the back of the top shelf easier.

Wow. Googling "Vulcan Railroad" ANYTHING is not useful to this topic.
(minus the flip-off at the end)

My knees point outward. Direct sunlight (or any bright light) makes me sneeze, but usually only if I have both eyes open.

I have a deviated septum.
So do I. And, apparently, the sinus drainage problems that can come with this.

Me too, but moreso.  It doesn't have to be direct, it happens frequently on cloudy days as well.  I pretty much have to wear sunglasses if I am outdoors in the daytime, no matter the level of sun, unless it is pouring down rain or something.  My eye doc also says that my eye scans are very similar to those of an albino.  (for the record, I have light blue eyes).

Photic_sneeze_reflex - I've got it too. As well as a deviated septum, which I may get fixed later this year, in an effort to mitigate my nigh-constant congestion.

Sometimes when I tell doctors about my photic sneeze reflex they look at me like I'm crazy.

Also when I tell them about my tonsil stones.

Yeah, that sounds about like me. But I can usually go without sunglasses (I lose about a pair a week and can't afford to replace them at that rate) if I look at the ground while walking outside, or pull a hoodie all the way forward over my face as far as possible.

It might not help w/ the losing of sunglasses issue, but an an odd aside for photosensitive folks.  Beloved uses wrap-around welding safety glasses.  I'm not sure on the model number, or specifics but she gets hers from Air Gas, they run about 9 bucks a pair and they are substantially darker than regular sunglasses.

I have a deviated septum.

Count me in that boat too.
Though I'm surprised about yours.
Mine's pretty obviously explained by my cleft lip/palate.
As for the rest of you.... YOU CAN'T EXPLAIN THAT.
