You know, it's great that you're proud of being bisexual.

But, just for the sake of everyone... why not put that you're lesbian to save time? The searches go "Men looking for Men" "Men looking for women" "Women looking for men" and "Women looking for Women"

Bisexual, as I'm sure you are all aware, means that you like both genders. This magic search keys in on that and says to everyone "Hey! Bisexual! All are welcome!"

If you want to functionally act as a Lesbian now, fine... but why call yourself bisexual? If you don't understand why men keep bothering you or looking at your page... why call yourself a bisexual? Some one explain. This is breaking my mind. It's such a simple answer...

Because some women aren't interested in dating bisexual women, only lesbians. Honesty is important to them about such things.

Most women who are only looking for women put a note in their profile saying as much. Some use it as a polite lie to say they're not interested.

Every time I go back to dating sites I am reminded that only ass-fucking nutz0 girls are attracted to me and get all demoralized.

At least the nutz0 girls around here are real, I can touch 'em, and know where I stand...

Seriously, what's the difference between Bisexual women looking for women but getting upset that guys look at their page (when the dating site points them there) to the point that they have to put a disclaimer for guys to leave them alone... To just saying you're marking down yourself as lesbian and then putting up a disclaimer that you're bisexual but only interested in girls now?

If you're going to disclaimer anyway, you might as well hit your target audience without being bothered with who you don't want to deal with.

Half the girls on the dating sites I go to seem so bland, and whenever some random american chick messages me out of the blue, she's always some quirky weird chick with an exceptionally witty profile, who lives a gazillion miles away. I get messaged out of the blue, too, but it tends to be with creepiness instead of wittiness.

I just wish they'd let you say:
I'm a _______  and I'm looking for ________.

Where the first one is:
Hetero Male/Female
Homo Male/Female
Bi Male/Female

And the second one is:
A Hetero Male
A Hetero Male/Female
etc...

I see a lot of what Rev must see, though.  About a third to half of the top matches for me are bisexual girls, and of those about 50% are in a committed relationship with a guy and want a girl to fool around with.  I'm not a girl and I'm not poly, so I wish they'd have some kind of method to filter those out.
