So no worries mate, they're stuck with each other, for better or worse.

Four months.  It has been a long, long four months.  But that's because I've been too busy for relationships and one night stands have about as much appeal to me as bathing in hot Clorox.

Wow, we seem to be getting a lot of virgins here.  I'm afraid I have to count myself among them (le sigh).  I actually shouldn't sigh, since I've really had plenty of chances to get laid if it were just a matter of losing my virginity and I didn't care who it was.

As for other things, its been about six months since any major cuddling and I do really miss that.

Nevermind how long Gwoo has been married. When you live with the person you like to screw the most, they're right there pretty much teasing you all the time by just existing. Even if you never apply any pressure whatsoever (an admirable feat, requiring the utmost self-control) it can be goddamn frustrating to go for as long as a few hours without at least going into some heavy petting unless you keep up a strict four-five times a day regimen of self-cleansing.

PS: And if there's a reason you live with that person other than that you like to screw them the most, this is exactly how you like it. ^_^

I might need to try and fix that tonight... because, seriously, when you're getting nothing for like 2 years, it doesn't really bother you that much.  but, then you get out of a relationship where you were getting it like 2-3 times a day, you really have no desire to go back to celabacy.

Jesus!  Can I have my head back?  I have been married for almost 23 years.    For the most part we have a fairly rewarding relatiionship in that vein.  It's rare for us to go more than 2 or 3 days between interludes.  Some are quick and dirty, so to speak, and some are long. 

As marrieds on the board I hope can attest, there's more reasons that you can't find time to get it on other than just your partner "doesn't put out."  There's dealing with 4 kids for one.  There's managing two homes; there's coaching youth sports; there's long work days; there's weekend horseshows; there's attending selectman's meetings; (Yes, I ran again in the new town and won, proving the adage of "be careful what you wish for.).

There's a whole host of reasons.  Bistro's commentary about having a hard time keeping your hands off your partner apply.  Even after 25 years of monotony, I still have the hots for my wife.  I hardly deem that pissy and don't feel at all defensive about suggesting I am unhappy about going 4 days without playing with her.

Hopefully that at least partially restores your faith in humanity.
