My store's barely sold any.

Really?  That's weird.  Its really, really freakin' good.  (I'd go as far to say as one of the best DS games available, but that'd be a statement waiting to be shot down.)

It expands upon the Gamecube original in all the right places, it's much more responsive and the controls are mainly good (although I'm having to use my left thumb to cast multi-spells in singleplayer which is a little weird).  There's just as much content in the multiplayer as in the single, the graphics are freakin' sweet, the new abilities are pretty neat etc. etc.

I hart eet lotxz.

Sounds neat.

And I imagine in the Z house the 4 player action wouldn't be that hard to get.

I got Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time and it's a lot of fun, though controlling four characters at once is not always easy...

I'm replaying FF3 right now.

I'm at Dragon Mountain.

Why is my mage doing more damage with his long bow than my fighter is with two mythril swords?  That feels so totally broken.

Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time was strangely compelling.  Just like the first two.  (Exactly like the first two, actually.)

Weight Loss Coach

Comes with a pedometer that interfaces with the DS to keep track of daily movement.  Kind of a shame they couldn't work in that kind of a functionality with WiiFit.  I could really see Nintendo monopolizing the home work-out gaming market.  I imagine that's a huge market to tap into, though maybe not as "cool" as the home rock star gaming market that Microsoft and Sony tap into.

This is my current favorite game. It's addictive & adorable! What more could you want?
I agree though, controlling all four makes me think harder than Brain Age ever did. Especially for Trampoline & Copy Flower attacks and such.....Ack!

And the dialog/story makes me laugh out loud on occasion, causing my family to look at me strangely.

Final Fantasy Tactics A2.

Yes, that's what it's called.  The conceit's still the same (re: magical book sends protagonist into the world of Ivalice).  I'll admit that I'm not as enamored with the story this time around (the protagonist is too cocky for my liking; I prefered the kids from the first one), but it's still a great game.

Just as addictive, first and foremost.  The Laws have been implemented differently, too, as you're not sent to jail for breaking 'em.  Nope.  You just lose your "Clan Privilege" (a bonus you chose at the beginning of a fight) and you can't revive your characters during the match (they'll still come back at the end).  As an added bonus, you get extra shit at the end of the fight if you don't break the rules.  While it's nice, I miss the fact that my enemies can now no longer fuck themselves.  I won a few matches with the last title because the baddies disobeyed the laws.  Heheheh.  That was funny.  I have a story about that, but I won't waste your time with it.

Otherwise combat's exactly the same.  A reworked version of the Bazaar from FFXII finds its return here, and any items you create will find their way into the main shop.  Also: you only gain exp and levels after a fight, not during.  Still not sure what I think of that one.

But still... it's an excellent game.  No doubt.  If you were a fan of the first one, then if you don't already have this one... well... what the fuck are you waiting for?  Seriously?

Next DS game I check out: The World Ends With You.  Especially seeing as my buddies from work can't seem to stop talking about it.

I just started that one, and I'm quite enjoying it.  The battles are tricky though.  There's so much going on, I haven't yet figured out the best way to approach them.
